We started with breakfast and then went onto Survival. We learned to make a shelter and to make fire. We used flint and steel and rubbed it together. I liked making the fire.

Next, we did rock climbing. I put on my harness and a yellow string. I had to pull the yellow string. Then I started climbing. I went up high. It was fun and I want to do it again.

We did the giant swing. It was a like a big swing where three people are strapped in. You wear a vest and a helmet to be safe,. Everyone else helped to pull us up. It went pretty high. When you’re up in the air, someone pulls a white string to let you go and you swing really high and fast in the air. It was amazing. At first I was really scared but I went again and it was okay, I was proud of myself.

We did problem solving. It is a bit like maths with puzzles. You have to solve them in a pattern. We had a toxic waste activity where we worked together. We used planks if wood to play the floor its lava. The planks were big and heavy and we moved them. It was easy in the end though.

Last night we had campfire. Billy made the fire. We listened to music. We talked about our favourite memories. We toasted marshmallows. We ate them. They tasted good.
