Isle of Wight Residential - Day Three!
Back
We started with breakfast and I had sausages and hash browns with a good old baked beans and a nice toast on top of that. After breakfast, we did Archery tag and it was very fun. Everyone was hitting each other left and right. After Archery tag, I did the zip wire and I was a bit scared but I managed to go on and I felt happy in the end.

Sensory Trail was amazing. Basically, you put on goggles that stop you from seeing and someone leads you to the end of the trail. There were trees and tyres we had to climb over, tunnels to go through and a stream to cross. It felt like I was blind and I couldn’t see. We had to rely on our other senses.

Then we had Jacob’s ladder which was a bit challenging as you had to use all the muscles in your body to climb a ladder from log to log. Having to do to that multiples times was a bit tricky. The weather didn’t really help either as it made the logs slippery. The wind kept making it move left to right. However despite that, we still did it in the end and while it used up our energy, I was really proud of myself.

We had a quiz. We guessed chocolate bars. Twix was my favourite. We counted elastic bands. Billy did the quiz with us. We came home and went to sleep.
