Dear Parents and Carers, Face Front Theatre company joined us again on Monday to present “It’s My Move”. Feedback was that this was an excellent performance and our pupils in 13/14J and 13/14C were all actively taking part. The performance is about transition and a number of classes have benefited from it over the past […]

Pupils talked about how best to spend their budget and will make a final decision once they have discussed ideas […]

There was a great turn out on Monday at the Parent Group meeting. It was good to see a number of new parents joining the group. We held our first fire drill of the school year on Monday morning so parents had the opportunity to see how well our pupils evacuated the building. On Monday […]

Our reunion disco this evening was a fantastic night out! It was so good to welcome back so many former pupils! The evening was full of happy reunion: almost all of the class of 2016 returned as did many of the class of 2017. There was lots of talking and even more dancing!  Many thanks […]

This morning we remembered those who died in conflict in our assembly. Jeff read “in Flanders fields” following which our minutes silence was perfectly observed. It was  as always, a moving occasion.

We then looked at ways we could possibly work together. There were some exciting suggestions discussed. I hope to be able to share […]

It was good to welcome back former pupil Shomari today. Shomari left Highshore this summer. Shomari had exciting news to share with us. In addition to his course at Bromley college he has been offered paid employment one day each week at Radobank in Cannon St.  This is fantastic news for Shomari and very encouraging […]

Kieron came into school to present certificates in assembly – our pupils had entered some brilliant art work into the Camberwell community council competition. Harry and Elizabeth were so happy with their prizes. I last saw Kieron at the Camberwell community forum and we had […]
